Scope: This policy applies to all construction activities carried out by C & N Higgins Construction ltd on all construction site and to all personnel under their control.

Waste Management Policy

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish a comprehensive waste management program that reduces the generation of waste, promotes the reuse and recycling of materials, and ensures the safe disposal of all waste produced by C & N Higgins Construction Ltd. This policy will guide the implementation of waste reduction strategies across our operations, with the goal of reducing our environmental footprint and protecting the health and well-being of our employees and the communities in which we operate.
Scope: This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors to our projects, as well as our waste collection facilitators, this includes hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Policy:

1. Waste Reduction: We will strive to reduce the amount of waste generated by our operations by implementing measures such as:

• Promoting the use of reusable containers and packaging materials.
• Encouraging the use of electronic documents and communication to reduce paper waste.
• Implementing energy-efficient practices to reduce the amount of waste generated by our energy consumption.
